I SENT AN EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HEAR BACK?

We aim to reply to our emails within a few hours, if not sooner, unless your email comes in after 5:00 PM MST or on the weekend.  Sometimes, due to a large quantity of emails, it may take a little longer. We will get them taken care of as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that our hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00-5:00 MST.  If an email is sent over the weekend or after 5:00 MST, we will respond to you as quickly as we can on Monday or the following day.
