CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER, GET A REFUND, OR RETURN MY ITEM?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchasing if the Boutique hasn’t uploaded tracking into our system. If it is past that time frame, please email us at support@groopdealz.com and we will reach out to the Boutique to see if a cancellation is still possible.  If you need to return, please also reach us at that email address.
